I think we have been in every apartment building in metro Atlanta! We know how the system works with the concierge, key releases, lock boxes, identification, and parking. We have clients in diverse buildings and we accommodate them all.
Apartment and condo cleaning is no different than manor cleaning, we take pride in our work just the same. All areas of the home will be deep cleaned and straightened. The trash will be removed and placed in the appropriate receptacles. If the trash chute is too small for all your Amazon package boxes, no problem! We will take all the trash that doesn’t go in the chute to the trash bins outside. This is a great concern for many of our clients. No need to worry!
Airbnb Rental Property Cleaning
We provide cleaning service for Airbnb clients and we know the system. We accommodate openings for these specific clients even on a last-minute notice. We know how important it is for your next guest to arrive to a clean property, so we make sure it happens. We clean and replace all the toiletries, snacks, paper products. We make sure the fridge is clean and ice emptied to refill for the next guest. We throw away all the food left out from previous guests and we make sure all the trash is taken out. The linens are washed and dried and new linens put out in the bathrooms and on the beds. We know how to change lock box codes and we follow every individual client special request. We know how important it is to the client and therefore, it’s important to us!
