Vinegar is a great grease dissolvent, which can be applied everywhere in the kitchen. Usually around the oven and the microwave oven there can be greasy stains from what you’ve cooked. This holds true for the grill too. The removal of the grease is not so easy. However, if you want to make it easier for yourself to clean the greasy surfaces, just spray them with distilled vinegar and water. If the stains are more stubborn, apply the vinegar without mixing it with water. It should dissolve them in no time.
The mixture of vinegar and water is extremely useful cleaning agent, which can be applied on the glassy surfaces at your home. It is a very good choice for cleaning the windows as well.
Especially when it is still wet, mud is very hard for removing from all sorts of surfaces. Whether they will be plastic, or metal or fiberglass, we have a hard time to get rid of it. However, there is a simple solution, which also involves vinegar. Mix three parts of baking soda with one part of white distilled vinegar. Then, using a rag, dipped into the mixture, wipe off the mud from the surface you want to be cleaned. After this you may apply soapy water, if there is still some mud.
Numismatists will also find vinegar useful. It can be applied for removing the tarnished areas of the old coins. For the purpose just fill a bowl with white distilled vinegar and leave the coins overnight.
